Chicken Salad And Feta Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips - (6 ounce)
- 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
- 3/4 c. red grape halves
- 1/4 c. Kraft Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. toasted pine nuts (or possibly minced toasted walnuts)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 6 x flour tortillas - (8" dia)
Directions
- Mix chicken breast strips, feta cheese, grapes, mayonnaise, pine nuts and basil. Spoon chicken mix onto tortillas; wrap.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- How To Toast Nuts: Spread pine nuts in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 min or possibly till lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
