Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 - 10 boned chicken breasts, cook, cut into 4-5 pcs each.
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
Directions
- Put cooked rice in casserole dish. Add in chicken pcs. Pour mix of soups, lowfat sour cream and curry pwdr over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
