Chicken or Beef Caesar Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 lb Crowns Romaine
- 5 lbs Cooked Chicken, Cut into Cubes
- 5 lbs. Flank Steak, Marinated, grilled, Cooled and Sliced
- 1 cup Parmesan, Drain
- 1 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
- 20ech Garlic Herb Wrap
Directions
- Combine Romaine, chicken, shredded Parmesan and Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
- Place garlic herb wrap on work surface and spread 4oz of chicken mixture on bottom half of wrap, proceed to roll wrap from the bottom half to the top.
- Seal the wrap then slice in half on the bias.
- Note: For Beef Caesar wrap, use beef flank steak marinated in caesar dressing. Grill steak and let cool over night.
