- 4 Chicken Breast (Pounded thin)
- 1 Lb sliced white mushrooms
- 1 Cube butter
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup Marsala wine
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- Flour for dredging
- Salt and pepper
Directions
1.Melt butter with olive oil2.Dredge chicken breast in flour3.Place chicken into hot pan and saute until golden4.When golden take out chicken breast and place into a pan and then into a 350 degree ovem5.Put mushrooms into pan and saute until tender6.Return chicken to pan7.Add wine then heavy cream8.Saute for 5 to 8 minutes then take our chicken breast, place in serving platter and pour mushroom sauce on topSimilar Recipes
