Chicken & Ham Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, spit, skinned & boned
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. dry white wine or possibly water
Directions
- Place raw chicken between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Flatten with flat side of knife. Place slice of cheese on each piece of chicken, then slice of ham on each piece of cheese and then roll up. Use a toothpick to hold roll closed. Brown rolls in butter. Pour on sauce made of soup and wine (or possibly water). Simmer about 20 min on low till done. Stir occasionally.
