Chicken Fat Soy Dip For Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 Tbsp. Chicken fat
- 1 1/2 tsp Warm pepper flakes
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Directions
- 1. Heat chicken fat.
- 2. Stir in and heat pepper flakes and soy sauce. Serve in a dip dish, with white-cooked or possibly roast chicken.
- VARIATION: For the warm pepper flakes, substitute 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and a dash of powdered mustard.
