Chicken Fajitas

- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 white onion
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- one mince garlic clove
- dash of chili powder
- olive oil (to saute veggies)
Directions
- In a skillet add olive oil, sliced onions and sliced bell peppers, minced garlic, saute until softened
- bake or grill chicken, cool and shred, add chicken to veggies and seasonings, stir gently and cook 6 minutes
- You can warm flour tortillas if desired
- Fill each tortilla and roll closed
