  • Chicken Dinner Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Frzn peas and carrots
    • 1 can Sliced mushrooms, undrained
    • 1 can Condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken (or possibly turkey)
    • 1 c. Crushed potato chips

    Directions

    1. Rinse frzn peas and carrots to seperate; drain.
    2. OVEN METHOD: Mix peas and carrots, mushrooms (with liquid), soup, and chicken in ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
    3. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven till warm and bubbly, about 35 min.
    4. RANGE-TOP METHOD: Mix peas and carrots, mushroom (with liquid), soup, and chicken in 2 quart. saucepan. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, till vegetables are done, 8-10 min. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
