Chicken Chef Fantasy
Ingredients
- 907 g boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 29 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1.5g ginger
- 3g crushed red pepper flakes
- 60ml apple juice
- 78g light brown sugar
- 30 ml ketchup
- 14 ml cider vinegar
- 119 ml water
- 78 ml soy sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
- Remove chicken.
- Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
- Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Served over with hot rice.
