Chicken Breast In Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 5 sm Chicken breast fillets
- 3 x Large eggs
- 10 ml Breadcrumbs
- 10 x Minced nuts Seasoning Double cream Lowfat sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. Whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dry mustard Black and white pepper
- 2 x Dry basil leaves
Directions
- Dip the chicken in the Large eggs and then into the mixed breadcrumbs, minced nuts and seasoning.
- Shallow fry the chicken just to crisp the the coating and put it in the oven for 25 min till brown.
- For the sauce:Mix half of the creams and the other ingredients and heat for 15 min.
- Serve with courgetts, butternut squash, and yellow squash.
