  • Cherry Custard Cake, No Bake

    Ingredients

    • 1 x prepared 10" angel food cake
    • 1 pkt sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (1 3/8 ounce)
    • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, 2% lowfat
    • 1 c. light lowfat sour cream
    • 1 x 21 oz can light cherry pie filling

    Directions

    1. Tear the cake into bite-size pcs. Press into an 11x7" baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, lowfat milk and light lowfat sour cream. Beat till thickened, about 2 min. Spread over the cake. Spoon the cherry pie filling proportionately over the top of th cake. Refrigeratethoroughly till serving time.
    2. Serves 12.
