Cherry Almond Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 14 ounce Fat-free sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. Cool water
- 3 ounce Fat-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 2 c. Cold Whip Free, thawed
- 10 ounce Low-fat lb. cake, cut into ten slices
- 21 ounce Cherry pie filling, chilled
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, water, pudding mix, and almond extract. Mix till well blended. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon half mix into a 13 x 9" pan. Top with cake slices, pie filling, and remaining cream mix. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- NOTES : Chill leftovers.
