Cherry Almond Coffee Squares
Ingredients
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt white cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 can cherry pie filling (19 ounce)
- 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds toasted
Directions
- Grease and flour jelly roll pan (9"x15"). Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, water and Large eggs together. Stir into cake mix till moistened (will be lumpy).
- Spread proportionately in jelly roll pan.
- Drop pie filling by generous spoonfuls onto batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 min or possibly till done.
- Mix icing sugar and lowfat milk together for glaze.
- Cold and sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with glaze.
