Cheesy Tuna And Noodles
Ingredients
- 8 3/8 ounce chicken flavored ramen noodle soup
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. frzn mixed vegetables thawed
- 1 x clove chopped garlic
- 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free mozzarella cheese grated
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 6 ounce tuna in water
Directions
- Cook noodles to desired doneness. Drain off most off the liquid and add in flavor packet. In a skillet over medium heat, cook vegetables and garlic 2 min, stirring often. Stir in soup, cheese lowfat milk and pepper. Cook till cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Stir in reserved noodles and tuna. Heat thru stirring occasionally.
