  • Cheesy Pasta Frittata

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Stouffer's One Dish Favorites fettucini alfredo - (10 ounce) prepared according to package directions
    • 2 x Large eggs lightly beaten
    • 1 c. broccoli florets lightly cooked
    • 1/2 c. diced ham
    • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 c. minced onion
    • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine

    Directions

    1. Combine fettuccine alfredo, Large eggs, broccoli, ham, cheese and onion in a large bowl.
    2. Heat butter in a medium nonstick skillet; add in pasta mix, spreading to cover bottom of pan. Cook over medium-low heat, without stirring, for 7 to 12 min, or possibly till mix is set and bottom is golden.
    3. Slide onto a plate; cut into wedges.
    4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
    5. Comments: Serve this with a fresh fruit salad and tall glasses of Libbys Kerns nectar for brunch, lunch or possibly a light dinner. Try substituting cooked sausage or possibly bacon for the ham.
