    Quick, easy, delicious and freezable This makes so much I usually half the mixture and roll each half in walnuts or parsley. Chill and serve with crackers. If you are freezing the cheeseball do not roll it in parsley. Roll in parsley when you have thawed the cheeseball. However, it does freeze well when rolled in the walnuts

    Ingredients

    • 1 Lb. Old cheddar, shredded
    • 2 Tbsp. Sherry
    • 8 Oz. Cream cheese
    • 1/8 Tsp. Celery salt
    • 1/3 C Mayonnaise
    • 1/8 Tsp. Garlic salt
    • 1 Tsp. Worstershire sauce
    • 1/8 Tsp. Onion salt

    Directions

    1. Mix with blender or food processor.
    2. Roll into a ball
    3. Roll in chopped walnuts or chopped parsley.
