    Ingredients

    • 2- 8 oz. tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
    • 2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
    • 1 egg yolk (save white)
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F
    2. Press 1 tube of crescent roll dough onto wax paper.
    3. Top with another sheet of wax paper.
    4. Roll out to size of 13 x 9 inch pan.
    5. Remove wax paper and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
    6. Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
    7. Spread over crust.
    8. Roll the other tube of dough between 2 sheets of wax paper. Roll out to size of pan.
    9. Lay crust over cream cheese mixture.
    10. Beat the egg white and brush over top crust.
    11. Mix together sugar, cinnamon and pecans; sprinkle over crust.
    12. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
    13. Cool and cut into squares.
