Cheese Cake
Juniors style cheesecake --creamy and luscious. Ingredients
- Graham cracker crust: 1 1/2 packages graham crackers crushed; 1/4 cup butter; 1/2 cup sugar
- For cheese cake: 4 8-oz packages regular cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- juice of 1/2 large lemon
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- zest from 1/3 of lemon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix the sugar and cream the cream cheese
- Add the flour, corn starch, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs, sour cream, butter, and lemon zest
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn off oven and leave cake inside for 30 minutes, then refrigerate until it sets (about 3 hours).
