    • 3/4 C. butter or oleo
    • 1 1/2 T. minced garlic
    • 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese
    • 1/3 C. Grated Romano Cheese
    • 1 C. bread crumbs
    • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar ( optional)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Line a 13 x 9 baking dish with foil
    3. In a shallow bowl, mix together cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and black pepper ( optional brown sugar)
    4. In a pan melt butter: add garlic and cook for a few minutes
    5. Dip each chicken part in the butter-garlic mixture until well coated.
    6. Press each chicken part into the crumb mixture making sure both sides are covered
    7. Arrange the chicken in the baking pan. Drizzle any remaining butter or bread crumbs on top
    8. Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes or when chicken is no longer pink and juices are clear
