  • Cashew Chicken Crescent Pockets

    Ingredients

    • 2 can (4.25 ounce) Underwood White Meat Chicken Spread
    • 1 jar (4.5 ounce) Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms, liquid removed, minced

    Directions

    1. 1/4 Cu ups minced cashews 1/4 cu ups minced fresh chives 1/8 ts sp pepper 2 ( cn (8 ounce) Pillsbury -Refrigerated CrescentDinner Rolls1 pk (4 3/4 ounce) American cheese;cut in halfRed grape clusters; ifdesired
    2. Heat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, combine chicken spread, mushrooms, cashews, chives and pepper; mix well.
    3. Separate dough into 8 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Place cheese slice half in center of each rectangle. Spoon chicken mix proportionately over cheese. Fold short ends of dough over filling; healthy pinch edges to seal.
    4. Place dough pockets on ungreased large cookie sheet or possibly 2 small cookie sheets.
    5. Bake at 350 F. for 18 to 20 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot or possibly cold. Garnish with grape clusters.
    6. 8 sandwiches
