    Ingredients

    • 2 x Chicken, breasts, boneless
    • 3 Tbsp. Rice wine, or possibly dry sherry
    • 2 tsp Soy sauce
    • 2 tsp Ginger, shredded
    • 2 x Onion, peeled and diced.
    • 2 sm Green peppers, cut 1/2 in
    • 1/3 c. Straw mushrooms, liquid removed
    • 1/3 c. Cashew
    • 4 Tbsp. Oyster sauce Sherry, or possibly sake (rice wine)
    • 1 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce Ketchup ,(yes, this is a c
    • 5 x spice pwdr Sugar, (just a healthy pinch) Pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. Stir-fry essentials: 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic 1 Tbsp. shredded ginger peanut oil
    2. as needed (appx 4 Tbsp.) With following ingredients marinate )) for at least 30 min. Drain marinade and throw away. To prepare:
    3. 1. Marinate meat
    4. 2. heat wok to high
    5. 3. add in oil, garlic, and ginger. stir
    6. 4. add in chicken, brown momentarily
    7. 5. add in all veggies
    8. 6. add in cashew and heat for a
    9. short time
    10. 7. add in sauce ingredients, stir until bubbly. If desired, you
    11. may add in a some cornstarch solution to thicken (1/2 starch, 1/2 water)

    13. serve immediatly
    14. Cooking Time: 5-7 mins
