Carmel Apple Salad
Got this from a friend in St Louis YUMMY and only 1 WW Points Plus point per 1/2 cup!!!!!! Ingredients
- 4 med. apples peeled, cored and DICED
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice STRAINED
- 1 package of butterscotch pudding INSTANT SUGAR FREE
- 8 oz tub of cool whip DEFROSTED
Directions
- Mix the apples and the pineapple in a LARGE bowl. Add the pudding DRY to the Cool Whip and stir well
- Add to the fruit, string till all TOTALLY MIXED
- Store in a large container in the fridge and enjoy
- 1 WW Points Plus per 1/2 cup!
- (Chocolate pudding may be used but for the first time try the butterscotch!)
