Capsicum Zunka
Veg side dish Ingredients
- 250 gms capsicum
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds let it splutter
- Cut the capsicum insmall pieces add this to the pan along with the turmeric powder
- Let it cook till it is soft.
- Then add the salt and chili powder mix a little and finally add chickpea flour and cook for about 5 mins.
