Candied Apple Gelatin Squares (Motts)
Ingredients
- 1 c. Apple Sauce, *see note
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon red warm candies
- 1 pkt Sugar-free gelatin Lemon flavor, (4-serving size)
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. Cool water
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Directions
- Spray 9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In medium saucepan, heat apple sauce and candies over low heat till candies dissolve.
- Stir in gelatins. Add in cool water and lemon juice.
- Pour into prepared pan. Chill till hard. Cut into 32 squares.
- Yields 32 squares.
- Notes: Pantry: Mott's Regular or possibly Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Snacks! Always a favorite with kids, these cinnamon-flavored gelatin squares make great snackin' anytime.
