  • Candied Apple Gelatin Squares (Motts)

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Apple Sauce, *see note
    • 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon red warm candies
    • 1 pkt Sugar-free gelatin Lemon flavor, (4-serving size)
    • 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
    • 1 c. Cool water
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Spray 9-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. In medium saucepan, heat apple sauce and candies over low heat till candies dissolve.
    3. Stir in gelatins. Add in cool water and lemon juice.
    4. Pour into prepared pan. Chill till hard. Cut into 32 squares.
    5. Yields 32 squares.
    6. Notes: Pantry: Mott's Regular or possibly Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Snacks! Always a favorite with kids, these cinnamon-flavored gelatin squares make great snackin' anytime.
