Caledonian Cream
Ingredients
- 1 lb Curds or possibly cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dundee marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Brandy or possibly unblended malt whisky
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together well and beat with a whisk.
- Put into a dish and freeze.
