Caldo De Queso
Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 2 lrg potatoes cubed
- 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro minced
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 can green chilies, diced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper salt and pepper to taste
- 4 x flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. monterey jack cheese shredded
Directions
- In Crock Pot add in all ingrediants except for flour tortillas. Cook on high for 6-8 hrs. Serve with flour tortillas and shredded cheddar or possibly monterey jack cheese.
