Cajun Style Mahi Mahi
Ingredients
- Cooking Time: 20 Min
- 4 x (4-6 ounce.) Mahi-Mahi Fillets or possibly Steaks, thawed if necessary rinse in cool water and pat dry
- 2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
- 1/2 c. Vermouth
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Cajun Blackened Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped Lemon Wedge
Directions
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic; cook ( 2 min), stirring constantly; add in vermouth and cook (3 min), stirring constantly. Add in Mahi-Mahi Steaks or possibly Fillets and cook (10 min per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part), or possibly till fish just flakes when tested with fork. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and with lemon wedges to the side.
