Cafe Latte Slush
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar - (to 3/4)
- 2 c. strong brewed coffee or possibly espresso
- 2 c. lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half divided, see * Note Chocolate syrup for garnish
Directions
- * Note: Substitute fat-free lowfat milk or possibly fat-free half-and-half for regular lowfat milk or possibly half-and-half.
- Combine sugar and warm coffee in a large mixing bowl, stirring till sugar dissolves; stir in 1 c. lowfat milk. Cover and freeze 8 hrs.
- Let thaw slightly in refrigerator; add in remaining 1 c. lowfat milk. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer till smooth. Garnish, if you like. Serve immediately.
