Buttermilk Pancakes For Two
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Flour (unbleached All-purpose)
- 1 x Flat teaspoon sugar (or possibly more to Taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr (double Acting)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or possibly more to taste)
- 1 x Egg -- stirred
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter Buttermilk to make 2 c. of Batter
Directions
- Salt and sugar can be adjusted to personal tastes. Stir dry ingredients together. Add in egg and 1/2 c. of buttermilk. Add in the melted butter. Add in sufficient butter lowfat milk to make 2 c. of batter, or possibly more if desired them thinner. Stir all together briefly. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Cook as usual on a slightly buttered griddle. Serve with maple syrup and butter.
