Buttermilk Jell-O Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 ozs) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 package (6 ozs) jell-o
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 8 ounces cool whip
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil.
- Stir in the jell-o until dissolved.
- Remove from the heat; stir in buttermilk.
- Cool to room temperature and fold in cool whip.
- Chill and enjoy!!!
