Butterfly Pork in Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 kilo Pork butterfly cut
- 1 pinch Thyme
- 1 pinch Rosemary
- 1 tsp Worcestershire saude
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl except the pork.
- Rub the marinade on to the pork, set aside for an hour or so.
- Heat a stove top grill.
- Grill the pork steak on the hot plate for 5 minutes or until the desired tenderness
- Turn on the other side.
- Once cook on desired tenderness, set on a serving platter with steamed veggies as side.
