Butter Basmati Rice
Okay - so I know this is a painfully easy recipe, but it's amazing how much you can dress up rice with just a couple of touches. I make this for my kids, who love it. Ingredients
- 1 cup white basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a medium pan over low heat. Cover and let simmer to cook. Be sure to stir once after about 5 minutes to incorporate the salt and butter.
