Bulalong Tagaytay
Beef soup that is very famous in Tagaytay City here in the Philippines. Ingredients
- 1 whole Bulalo leg
- 2 Onions chopped in half
- 2-3inch Ginger
- 3 stalks Onion Leaks
- 2 pcs Corns
- 1 whole Cabbage
- 1 bunch Pechay
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Use a pressure cooker to tender the beef. Let it boil for 2 hours or until its tender off the bone kind of thing.
- Add salt, pepper, ginger, onions in the pressure cooker.
- Once tender, remove the beef residue on top.
- Let it keep simmering as you add leeks, corn.
- Keep boiling under medium heat until corn is fork tender.
- Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
- Add the veggies and simmer for a minute to not overcook the leaves.
- Serve with soysauce with chili and calamansi.
