Buckwheat Noodles With Red Caviar And Sour Cream
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Dry buckwheat noodles, (soba)
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream, (up to 1/2)
- 2 ounce Red caviar, (salmon roe), (up to 4)
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water cook soba for about 8 to 10 min or possibly according to package directions. till done. While soba is cooking heat butter in a small skillet till it is golden; you want the flavor of the butter. Drain soba and return to saucepan and toss with golden brown butter and 4 Tbsp. of lowfat sour cream, chives and half of caviar. Portion out and top with more lowfat sour cream and caviar if you wish.
