Brussel Sprout Salad
Ingredients
- 15 good sized brussel sprouts
- 8 strips bacon (crisp)
- Girard[s Champagne Dressing
- 1 clove finely minced garlic
Directions
- Boil or possibly steam sprouts till they are tender (approximately 7-10 min). Place them under cool water to stop them from any further cooking. Break them apart, placing them in a bowl.
- Break apart the bacon into small pcs and add in to sprouts. Add in garlic, pouring approximately 1/3 to 1/2 bottle over salad.
- Refrigeratebefore serving.
