    Simple but great recipe

    Ingredients

    • 4 roma tomatos blanched, peeled, deseed, fine diced
    • 1 small onion fine diced
    • 4 cloves garlic minced
    • 1 Tblspn fresh basil chopped
    • 2 Tblespn olive oil
    • 20 small baguette slices
    • 1 cup italian blend shredded cheese
    • grate fresh parmesan to garnish
    • salt tt
    • pepper tt

    Directions

    1. 1. Place sliced baguettes in over at 350 untill firm.
    2. 2. Mix tomatos, onion, garlic, oil, basil, salt, pepper.
    3. 3. lightly sprinkle cheese blend on bagguettes and place back into oven untill cheese melts.
    4. 4. Scoop tomato mixture ontop of baguettes then grate parmesan ontop and serve
