Broiled Tomatoes With Dill Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 lrg , hard tomatoes Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Minced onion
- 1/4 tsp Dill
- 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut tomatoes in half and core. Dot tomato halves with butter and broil 3 inches from heat for 5 min. Make sauce with remaining ingredients and spoon on tomato halves. Sauce may be served at room temperature or possibly heated.
- Yield: 6 servings.
