Broccoli & Carrot Brothy Cream Soup
Simply an amazing quick soup to warm you in minutes! Ingredients
- One small head broccoli chopped (crowns only, save stems to freeze)
- 3 carrots, peeled, chopped
- 2 cups vegetable broth (low sodium)
- 1 celery stalk finely diced
- 1/2 white onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup melted white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup 2% Milk
- s & p to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a lidded soup pot on low heat, stir frequently, soup will be brothy and delicious, cook for 18 minutes
- Serve in soup bowls and enjoy!
