Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. minced green chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 taco shells, heated
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1/4 minced tomato
Directions
- Heat butter in skillet over low heat. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, chilies and salt. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, till Large eggs are set. Line taco shells with lettuce and cheese. Fill with egg mix and top with tomatoes. Makes 4 servings.
