  • Breakfast Pizza

    Ingredients

    • Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
    • 1 pound sausage or possibly 8 strips bacon
    • 1/2 pkg. frzn hash browns
    • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese or possibly cheddar
    • 3 Large eggs
    • 1/8 c. lowfat milk
    • Salt, pepper, garlic pwdr

    Directions

    1. Spread crust on cookie sheet or possibly round pizza pan. Cook sausage or possibly bacon. Drain all but a small amount of the grease, add in hash browns to cooked meat. Cook till thawed and slightly brown. Cover crust with the meat mix. In a small bowl, combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and spices. Beat slightly, just till Large eggs are mixed. Pour over the pizza. Sprinkle cheese proportionately over all and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Serves 12.
