Breakfast Ham And Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- Softened butter
- 14-15 slices bread
- 3 c. diced cooked ham
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Spread butter on both sides of bread slices; cut bread into small cubes. Combine bread cubs, ham, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Beat Large eggs till foamy; stir in lowfat milk. Add in egg mix to ham mix, stirring well. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; cover and chill overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till golden. Serve immediately. 10-12 servings.
