Breakfast Casserole
Easy to put together and everyone digs in when it hits the table. Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 8 oz. pkg refrigerated cresant rolls
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Separate cresant dough into 8 triangles.
- Place dough on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
- Pat dough over the bottom of the pan and sides to form the crust and seal the perforations.
- Spoon sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with potatoes.
- Top with Cheese.
- Mix milk, eggs salt and pepper. Pour over sausage, potato and cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
