    Made with all organic ingredients can be made with chocolate by omitting raisins & adding 2 more tablespoons of unsalted butter for a total of 6 tablespoons of butter and 12 ounces of bittersweet chocolate together. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture in step 4.

    Ingredients

    • 1 CUP ORGANIC RASINS -SET ASIDE
    • 4 TABLESPOONS OF UNSALTED ORGANIC BUTTER, MELTED
    • 3 CUPS ORGANIC WHITE BREAD, SLICED INTO CHUNKS
    • 1 1/2 CUPS ORGANIC MILK
    • 1/2 CUP CREAMER
    • 6 ORGANIC EGGS
    • 2 CUPS ORGANIC GRANULATED SUGAR
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC VANILLA
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC COCONUT EXTRACT

    Directions

    1. SLICE BREAD INTO SMALL CHUNKS & PUT IN LARGE BOWL.
    2. POUR THE MILK AND CREAMER OVER THE BREAD AND SET ASIDE.
    3. BEAT THE EGGS AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK.
    4. ADD THE VANILLA & COCONUT EXTRACT AND THE MELTED BUTTER AND THE RAISINS.
    5. TOSS THE EGG MIXTURE WITH THE BREAD TO BLEND.
    6. POUR INTO THE GREASED 10" X 10" X 3" DEEP GLASS BAKING CONTAINER.
    7. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. UNTIL BROWN AND ALMOST SET FOR APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES.
