Boston lettuce salad with gorgonzola
An easy but elegant salad. Ingredients
- Boston or butter lettuce - 1 5oz bag
- 1 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbles
- 1 granny smith apple
- 3 oz pecan halves toasted
- 3 tbsp Kraft olive oil Greek vinaigrette
Directions
- dice apple into bowl you will toss salad in
- add vinaigrette and toss well to coat apples
- add Gorgonzola cheese (if you are prepping to toss later, place in refrigerator until ready to toss and serve)
- add lettuce and pecans and toss well
