Boston Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Cold. Blend together till smooth, the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip the whipping cream, and blend together with the cream cheese mix. Pour over cooled cake. Top with the pie filling. Chill. 15 servings.
