Boreks (Turkish Meat Turn Overs)
Ingredients
- Filo crust for triangles or possibly thin-pie crust
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 mushrooms, minced
- 1 mint leaf, minced
- 1 pound lean grnd meat, any kind, lamb is Turkish
Directions
- Precook all together. Lightly thicken a little bouillon and fold in. Place a bit on each small triangle of dough. Seal and bake at 400 degrees till brown.
