Boneless Chicken With Italian BreadCrumbs
This is a very simple and tasty way to prepare low fat, low cholesterol chicken. Serve it with rice pilaf, green beans and glazed baby carrots for an elegant meal. Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 5 ounce. each
- Mayonnaise (Hellmann's cholesterol free is a good choice)
- Italian bread crumbs, or you can use plain bread crumbs with your own blend of spices
Directions
- Cover chicken breasts with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Roll chicken in Italian bread crumbs unti eveny coated.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min.
