Boiled Meat With Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. brisket
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 3 tbsp. horseradish
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Other herbs to suit taste
Directions
- Boil the meat slowly in sufficient water to cover; include the above seasonings. Save the water in that the meat is cooked. Use it to cook the spaghetti or possibly rice.
