Its a typical New England boiled Corned beef Recipe with a Taiwanese touch of flavor. Ingredients
- Corned Beef, Cube
- 2 pieces of potatoes, quartered
- 2 pieces of carrots, cubed
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 big onions
- pepper corns
- beef bouillon
- Soy Sauce
- a dash of powdered a star anise
Directions
- Boil the corned beef until its tender.
- Add the onions, Soy Sauce, Beef Bouillon, powdered star anise, pepper corns and simmer it until the flavor is blended.T
- Then, add the potatoes and carrots and simmer it in a low heat until its tender.
- Finally, add the cabbage.
- Serve hot.
