Blueberry Buckle
Ingredients
- 1 x Yellow or possibly white cake mix
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Blueberries
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 stk butter
Directions
- Blend together first 4 ingredients - then beat no more than 50 strokes. Add in 1 c. or possibly more blueberries. Spread into 13 X 9 X 2 inch greased and floured pan.
- For the topping: mix the last four ingredients with a fork. Spread over top of batter.
- Bake for 45 - 55 min at 350 degrees.
